Shakes Recipes with Herbalife® Formula 1
French Vanilla
Pumpkin - Banana Smoothe
2 tablespoons French Vanilla Formula 1 Shake Mix
2 tablespoons Herbalife® Personalized Protein Powder
1 cup nonfat milk or plain soy milk
¼ cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
½ medium banana
Few drops vanilla extract Scant
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3-4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend thoroughly
until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
Strawberry - Kiwi Shake
2 tablespoons French Vanilla Formula 1 Shake Mix
(or2 tablespoons Very berry Formula 1 Shake Mix)
2 tablespoons Herbalife® Personalized Protein Powder
1 cup nonfat milk or plain soy milk
½ cup frozen whole strawberries
1 very ripe kiwi, peeled
1/8 teaspoon lemon extract
3-4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend thoroughly
until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
Pineapple - Coconut - Orange Shake
2 tablespoons French Vanilla Formula 1 Shake Mix
2 tablespoons Herbalife® Personalized Protein Powder
1 cup nonfat milk or plain soy milk
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/8 tablespoon coconut extract
¼ tablespoon orange extract
3-4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend thoroughly
until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
Very Berry Shake
2 tablespoons French Vanilla Formula 1Shake Mix
(or2 Tablesppons Very Berry Formula 1 Shake Mix)
2 tablespoons Herbalife® Personalized Protein Powder
( if desired)
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup low-calorie cranberry juice
1 cup frozen mixed berries
Few drops vanilla extract
3-4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend thoroughly
until the ice cubes are completely crushed.

Dutch Chocolate
Chocolate -Raspberry Shake
2 tablespoons Dutch Chocolate Formula 1 Shake Mix
2 tablespoons Herbalife® Personalized Protein Powder
1 cup nonfat milk or plain soy milk
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/8 teaspoon orange extract
3-4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend thoroughly
until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
Cappuccino Shake
2 tablespoons Dutch Chocolate Formula 1 Shake Mix
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
1 tbs instant coffee
3-4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend thoroughly
until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
Black Forest Shake
2 tablespoons Dutchscoops Chocolate Formula 1 Shake Mix
1/2 tsp. black walnut extract
10 oz. nonfat milk
1/3 cup unsweetened cherries
3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend thoroughly
and the ice cubes are completely crushed.
Chocolate Mint Shake
2 tablespoons Dutch Chocolate Formula 1 Shake Mix
10 oz Skim or Soy Milk
1/8 teaspoon mint extract
3 -4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend thoroughly
until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
Mocha Java Shake
2 tablespoons Dutch Chocolate Formula 1 Shake Mix
1 tbs. instant decaf cappuccino powder
1 scoop (1 tbs) non-fat frozen vanilla yogurt
1 cup. non-fat milk
3- 4 ice cubes (optional)
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend thoroughly
until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
1 cup = 8 ounces
If using fresh fruit instead of frozen, increase the number of ice
cubes toi 6)
